4.3 A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing (including by email) following a survey or confirmation of specifications.
4.4 Any changes to an order after acceptance may be subject to additional charges and revised timescales.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are: a deposit on order placement, with the balance due on completion of installation.
5.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Installation and Access
6.1 You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the installation site on the agreed date, including any necessary permissions (e.g. landlord consent, planning permission where required).
6.2 While we take care during installation, you are responsible for removing or protecting valuables in the work area.
6.3 Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, or supply issues. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.
7. Product Warranty
7.1 Our products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation.
7.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, storms or other extreme weather events, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Consumer Rights
8.1 If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods and services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects these rights.
8.2 For distance/online purchases of goods, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Note that this right may not apply to custom-made or made-to-measure products, or where you have requested an immediate installation visit.
